Ahmed Musa will not play in the Super Eagles’ crucial match against Algeria

Ahmed Musa, the captain of the Super Eagles, is questionable for the team’s friendly match against Algeria due to injury.

In Sunday night’s 2-1 loss to Ankaragucu for his Turkish club Sivasspor, the 29-year-old suffered an injury.

Musa received treatment for what appeared to be a shoulder injury on the field, but on the 19th minute, Cameroon international Clinton N’Jie took Musa’s place.

The severity of the injuries will be determined by a scan that will be done today.

Leon Balogun and Henry Onyekuru’s ailments forced Super Eagles head coach Ahmed Musa to reorganize his team.
