Chelsea Boss: “We Are Not Yet Ready” Prior to the Everton match Tuchel comes clean


Prior to the opening match of the Premier League against Everton the following Saturday, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has acknowledged that his team is not prepared.

On August 6, Chelsea will travel to Goodison Park to take on Everton in a Premier League match.

After defeating Udinese 3-1 on Friday, Tuchel’s team ended their preseason.

However, Tuchel acknowledged that Chelsea is underprepared and has to prepare better before their matchup with Frank Lampard’s team in the Premier League.

It was a really lengthy preseason.

“It’s been a long time since I’ve been in the US, and having to travel again today is not so simple, it’s very hard.

“After this weekend, we only focus on getting ready for Everton. The time of year is immediately outside the door. There are many good things, but we still need to do better.
