Delegates Who Sold Votes At The APC Presidential Primary Are Regretting according to Amaechi
The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary delegate who sold his or her votes has expressed regret, according to former transportation minister Rotimi Amaechi.
Former Rivers State Governor Amaechi came in second in the election with 316 votes.
Former Lagos governor Bola Tinubu won the nomination after receiving more over 1,000 votes.
Amaechi stated that the “average” person is the country’s problem while speaking at a celebration for Eugene Ogu’s 60th birthday last weekend in Port Harcourt, the state capital of Rivers.
According to the former minister, Nigerians should hope that they will elect the best candidate to lead their nation.
Giving money isn’t, in my opinion, the answer to Nigeria’s problems. I think you do. What happens when I give you N10 million and it runs out? You all need to stand up if you want to solve Nigeria’s problems, he remarked.
The common Nigerian should be saved by God since they are the issue. Who were the primary voters for the APC? a typical Nigerian. Their immediate issues were resolved by the meager sum of money.
“Now, we did something wrong; we didn’t do anything wrong. Different things are being said to us. Pray for the country’s leadership, but also for Nigerians on the ground to elect the ideal leader.
