Peter Obi: If They Come After Me I’ll Go After the “Obi-dients” Oshiomole says
All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s campaign director-general, Adams Oshiomole, issued a warning that if Peter Obi, the nominee of the Labour Party, is targeted, he will target his followers.
Oshiomole made this assertion during an appearance on The Morning Show of Arise News on Wednesday.
The bulk of the presidential candidates that spoke, according to the former national chairman of the APC, had, in most cases, not fully addressed how they are going to handle the issues that Nigeria is currently experiencing as a nation.
Obi was singled out by Oshiomole, who claimed that the Labour Party candidate got away with answering a number of intriguing questions.
When asked how, Obi responded, “It’s a secret.”
Oshiomole immediately responded, “I will come after them,” when warned that Obi’s supporters would pursue him if he criticized their candidate.
He stated: “Those who have hurried out what they want do how much have they done expounding on how they are going to achieve it.” He made the observation that there is no special value to rushing out what you want to do.
Oshiomole claimed that while acting as a non-state actor, when he investigated and battled with strength on the side of the people, he did not have access to modern smartphones.
Time will tell, according to Oshiomole, whether the Obi-dients were truly compliant with Nigeria’s political system.
