Right-Thinking Nigerians Will Support APC in 2023 Because We Have Provided Effective Service says Fashola
Right-thinking Nigerians, according to works and housing minister Babatunde Fashola, will support the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the general election of 2023.
Fashola made this statement while appearing on the Channels TV program Sunday Politics.
The minister was questioned about how Nigerians view the APC and whether the party will win the presidency again in 2023.
Fashola replied that the party’s re-election will depend on how well it had served Nigerians compared to earlier administrations.
He stated, “Nigerians had the choice of two governments.

“After giving it much thought, I am confident that Nigerians will once again choose our party to lead the country.
“In the most trying of circumstances, I believe we have served this country as effectively as we could.
“We faced COVID; no other government had. No government has had to deal with a worldwide resource shortage brought on by a conflict in which we are not engaged; yet, we did and are now in charge of managing that economy, offering hope and sustainability.
“I have hope that we will prevail.”
