Rodri discusses Liverpool’s title hopes despite the season’s slow start

The midfielder for Manchester City, Rodri, asserted that Liverpool, their traditional title opponents, are “less effective” this year.

The Reds and City have faced off against each other over the past few seasons, but only the 2019–2020 campaign saw a victory for the Reds.

Pep Guardiola’s team is presently second in the standings this season, one point behind the league leaders Arsenal.

Liverpool, on the other hand, is in ninth place after six games and has nine points.

According to Rodri, “the Premier League level is so high that as soon as you slack down, you lose points.”

Liverpool are simply less effective, not in a crisis, and the Premier League does not let you unwind.
